Spencer Man Arrested on Charges of Sexual Battery, Dissemination of Harmful Matter to Minors

SPENCER, IN – A 56-year-old Spencer resident has been taken into custody by the Owen County Sheriff's Department facing serious charges related to sexual misconduct.
