Poland Man Faces Multiple Felony Charges Following Owen County Arrest

SPENCER, IN — A Poland, Indiana man is behind bars following a multi-charge arrest by the Owen County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday. Suspect was taken into custody by Officer Jordan Hardey on a string of drug and theft-related allegations.
