OWEN COUNTY, IND. — Recent arrest logs from the Owen County Sheriff's Office were highlighted by the arrest of a Poland resident on charges of methamphetamine possession and a probation violation. Separate arrests during the same period involved different individuals charged with domestic battery, a commitment order, and operating while intoxicated.
