OWEN COUNTY, INDIANA — Local law enforcement recently apprehended an individual for failing to file as a violent sex offender. Separate arrests during the same period involved different individuals charged with theft, failure to appear, leaving the scene of an accident, criminal recklessness, reckless driving, resisting law enforcement, and disorderly conduct.
