Ellis Halcomb, age 72, of Spencer, passed away peacefully at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, March 16, 2026, at Brickyard Healthcare Bloomington Care Center. He was born December 24, 1953, in Monroe, Michigan, the son of J.M. and Virgie (Kidd) Halcomb.
