Bloomington Man Arrested for OWI and Probation Violation in Owen County

SPENCER, IN — A Bloomington resident and a Vincennes man are behind bars following separate arrests on Thursday, Jan. 30, 2026. The Owen County Sheriff’s Department reported two bookings involving significant traffic and probation violations.
